Our Story
ICS was founded by Matt Parkinson with a clear vision: to deliver PE and school sport provision that genuinely transforms outcomes for children. What began as a coaching service in 2016 has evolved into something far more powerful — a comprehensive partnership model that supports schools at every level.
Today, ICS Schools Partnership works with over 30 primary schools across Norfolk, delivering everything from curriculum PE lessons and PPA cover to wellbeing interventions, enrichment events and trust-wide strategic partnerships. Our team of qualified, DBS-checked professionals deliver over 150 sessions every week.
